What User doesn't like about Segundo Muelle:
This is my 2nd stay at this hotel due to the tour that I’m on is staying here. The front desk is consistently condescending and rude. It’s absolutely unnecessary to exhibit this behavior. If you don’t like your job go elsewhere. Other hotels under the Hilton brand are not this consistently awful and they typically display excellent service.
