I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a sophisticated and intimate experience with Costa Rican cuisine. Sergio is knowledgeable, passionate, and eager to share his love of food with guests. As someone who has dined in many of the world's top restaurants, this was still one of my favorite dining experiences ever.

The intimate experience I had bigger with billy el was one of the best eating experiences I ever had. the six cursor flour was paired with another glass wine. when he could talk directly to billy when he prepared and listened to what his inspiration was to eat, what made this a wonderful experience. the meal was amazing and well thought out.
