El Patio Del Balmoral - San Jose

I came here because it was late on a Monday night and nothing else was open near. It was a horrible decision to eat here. The restaurant was empty maybe 4 tables with people. Service here was absolutely garbage after 20 minutes of waiting I had to find a waiter to place my order. Then another 10 minutes to wait for my drink. Food took another 40 minutes and the pizza was a bit cold as if it sat in the kitchen for a long time. When I asked for a box to go I waited again another 15 minutes before getting my box. As I was paying I over heard another waitress laughing as she was getting another complaint about her service. If you can avoid this place do!!!

Good looking place, nice vibe, a little bit pricey, we had some beers because we wanted to go to the balcony and oversee the main boulevard but it is closed for renovations. Liked it there but service was sometimes very slow.

A little on the pricey side compared to the other restaurants in the area. Absolutely delicious food. My steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned and the vegetables were as well. The lovely interior decor and design caught our eye walkikg by and prompted us to come in. A great stop for dinner

We came here because it was the only place open and serving mimosas on a Sunday morning. Beautiful atmosphere and great service! The mimosas were perfect...a whole bottle of cava with juices on the side for around $28

Great food in this downtown location with a wide open patio. You can enjoy a medley of dishes and some are made to order. The sounds from the street are present but not a major distraction from the ambiance of the dinning room. WI-FI is free and high speed.
