The restaurant has been around for a while and has an authentic atmosphere. Ordered pickup on a Friday night and was pleased with the freshness and taste. Returned the following week and ordered specialty rolls for 4 ppl, asking the waitress for recommendations at the end, 3 of of 6 different specialty rolls were exactly the same with only avocado vs salmon vs avocado/salmon/tuna on top. What jingye doesn't like about Tomo Sushi:
Food quality is not impressed, better options for the price. Pay attention this is Tomo not Tomi. I got confused and wasted my time and money. For that reason I lower the rating to three otherwise it could be three and half. View all feedback.
Tomo Sushi is a true neighborhood gem. The freshest sushi I've had anywhere. Excellent menu
Rolls were okay, tasted good and median prices were like $15. But a small bowl of udon priced $18.5 was a bit much, let alone a $12.5 soft crab appetizer which was just one tiny crab cut into 4 pieces..
Sushi was ok soup was terrible and just soup cost 24$ 4 pc of shrimp 5 clams cost 24$ and when I asked manager to explain he was so angry definitely won’t come anymore ?
Amazing food, great service! I’m so glad we found this spot. It’s our go to sushi place now!
A lovely little spot with cute decor, a diverse menu, and delicious sushi!Vegetarian options: They have more vegetarian sushi roll options than most sushi places I've been to including an egg roll (tamago) if you eat eggs, a seaweed salad roll (wakame), nigiri (sweet tofu skins), the usual cucumber and avocado rolls and some other interesting varieties like pickles root veggies.
