Mix milk Jazmin tea, strawberry and coconut jelly and this creation will be your number one drink all year long. Although, it is not in the menu. The staff at TOCOTEA let you be creative with a smile. I tried the other tea place across the street and it isn't close to this place.

The boba was... read more I recently tried the oolong milk tea at this restaurant and I loved it! The tea had a rich flavor and the non-dairy creamer made it even creamier. The boba was delicious, though a bit clumpy. The restaurant has plenty of comfortable couches and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This has become one of my favorite spots to visit whenever I'm in the San Jose area. In the past, I felt like the tea lacked flavor for the price, but now it's definitely worth it.
