Plus I was thirsty from doing some shopping aro... read more I've always pass by this place because it was close to home so I finally decided to stop by and grab a boba tea. Plus I was thirsty from doing some shopping around this area.? There's not much parking space here. It took me sometime to find a spot but I got happy as soon as I walked inside. The place is clean simple, and welcoming. I really like that they have Various Vietnamese Sandwiches, Snacks, Rice bowls, noodles, and Salads. There was lot of High School students at the time of my visit. It gets pretty pack pretty quick. I will Absolutely be coming back here because I'd like to try some food here. Possibly during lunch.?

I ordered the black milk tea boba at 50% sweetness and swapped regular milk for soy milk. I had already consumed half of my drink by the time I started writing this review—it's just that good! **Pros:** - The boba here is incredibly soft and chewy, which means it's clearly made fresh. When boba sits out for too long, it becomes hard, but not here! - The tea tastes fresh and natural, not artificial or syrupy like some other places. - They have the perfect ice-to-tea ratio. - The aesthetics are lovely, with cute boba cups and a charming interior. - Customer service is excellent. - You can customize your drinks in terms of sweetness, milk choices, etc. - Importantly, these drinks don’t give me headaches! (I sometimes get headaches from overly sweet or artificial boba drinks.) - The parking lot feels safe, with security cameras in place. **Cons:** - They no longer sell sandwiches or bowls, just snacks. I really wish they would bring those back because the meals looked fantastic in the pictures. - Be cautious when pulling into the parking lot; the driveway is pretty narrow! Overall, I highly recommend this place!
