Starbird Chicken - San Jose

Starbird is a popular chicken restaurant that offers a wide variety of menu options including salads, wings, tenders, tacos, and more. I have been ordering from here for years and have never been disappointed. The sauces are unique and delicious - my favorites are the Seoul spicy sauce and Greek yogurt ranch. The prices are reasonable considering the portion size and quality of the food. I highly recommend trying the Thai and Buffalo wings, as well as the Nashville hot tenders which have just the right amount of spice. Despite being considered "fast food," there are some healthy options available, including a plant-based option. And lastly, the cookies are a must try - they taste freshly baked and are absolutely delicious!

I really enjoyed my first visit to this restaurant. I ordered the chicken wings combo and they were perfectly crispy, just the way I like them. The Greek Yogurt Ranch sauce was delicious. The pickup process was quick and easy. I will definitely return to try some other dishes.

I recently tried the Nashville Hotbird at this restaurant, which includes 12 wings and Nashville Hot Fries. I chose 6 wings with garlic parmesan sauce and 6 with the star sauce, and I absolutely loved the star sauce wings. The Nashville Hotbird sandwich with crispy chicken was also delicious and is a must-try. The Nashville hot fries sauce was tasty, although the fries could have used a bit more salt. Overall, all of the dishes were fantastic and were neatly packed for takeout. I highly recommend trying the Nashville Hotbird!

The chicken sandwich was alright but I would recommend getting the chicken tenders box I got the Nashville hot. Great flavorful tender juicy chicken. I love how the fries on the bottom soak up all that seasoning and oil from the fried chicken. You can also order the Nashville hot *Blazin to bring up the heat a bit more. My favorite dipping sauce they have is the herb aoli. The OakTown root beer was not that good, didn’t really taste like rootbeer more like flat Pepsi to me.
