We placed a $100 order through Uber Eats and the delivery driver mistakenly brought us someone else's order. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue and provide evidence to Uber Eats, they could not rectify the mistake. We then contacted Lauren, who not only remade our order but also gave us a free entree as compensation for having to pick up the order ourselves. The quick resolution of our problems and exceptional customer service from Lauren reminded us that dining in person is preferable to using a less reliable ordering app. Thank you, Lauren, for your dedication and hard work.
