Mac'n Cheese Shop - San Jose

Location was next to impossible to find. The food was okay, although despite arriving in the area at 12:10, I was unable to find the restaurant until 12:50. I asked 3 different people in the area, none of which were able to give me a correct answer as to where this place is. They have 0 signage advertising the fact that they are in their sister shop. The only sign they have is in another shop, instructing me to go to 377 Santana Row. Turns out, the entire street is 377Santana Row. Useless information. After calling, they left me on hold for 6 minutes when all I had was a simple question of how to find their location. It took me hanging up, waiting a few minutes, and then calling again to get an answer,and that was after the rep asked to put me on hold. I wouldn't let him and just asked if he could tell me where to go. He did and I was able to find my food. All in all, very frustrating. Food was good but probably won't go back. If Icould even find my way back again. :

Horrible experience. Mac and cheese sauce had zero flavor (please change your cheese sauce to be more flavorful) and was half cold. Ridiculous price range for how bad the quality was. Boxed mac and cheese is better than this shop. Location was difficult to find and the preparing time was unacceptable. Not a great place for mac and cheese.

This place is not good at all!!!! Please order/go somewhere else. Where do I start.. let 's go with the sauce its bland and has no flavor and the ratio of sauce to noodles is 1:3 and to add insult to injury they had about half a cup of panko ontop that just soaks up any moisture, the bacon was under cooked and was the only thing that added flavor (salt) to the cheese sauce. I 've never had a mac and cheese so dry and flavor less I recommend going to that veggie grill and askingfor thier vegan BS mac n cheese over the Mac AND Cheese Stop... if the owner sees this let me help u one packet of kraft singles in a pot add some Tillamook cheddar if u wanna charge premium melt it and throw in some other cheeses 1/4tspof citric acid and use that as a staring point. The restaurant is located inside of Meso Modern Mediterranean restaurant. It's difficult to find.

I was curious what it takes to get 2 stars as a restaurant. Now I know. It?s nearly impossible to find because it?s run out of another restaurant, and when you do find it the food is alright. It?s on the bland side, but you do get quite a lot of volume
