This restaurant is always bustling, thanks to its location near the university. We visited on a Thursday night at 11:00, and the place was packed with students. The food does take a bit longer to arrive due to the high demand, but it's worth the wait—it's delicious! What User doesn't like about La Victoria:
The food looked appealing, but overall the meat was quite dry. On the plus side, it’s open late and offers affordable prices. They also have this interesting orange and green sauce. View all feedback.
Always love their “super” Burrito with orange sauce. As of 6/18: although CA opens up, still no indoor dining at that place. Which means my Togo order could get 2 small containers of sauces I need 3 to eat with my super
Always busy due to its proximity to the nearby university. We went on a Thursday evening at 11 PM and the place was packed full with students. The food takes a while to come out due to the demand but it is delicious. Not sure if authentic, but the orange sauce is a nice spicy addition to any dish and they are generous with it. We especially liked the tortas, a sandwich on toasted French bread.
When I 'm in town I love to just drop by and get some comfort food here. The family loves the orange sauce so I pick some up, pack it in ice and get it to them.
There was nothing special about this place. 1. Service: just ordered at register and picked up my food. nothing special, but my food was done within 5 minutes. I would rate a 3.5, but there is no option so I went with 3. 2. Asada Super Burrito: 3/5 I wouldn't come here again for the burritos, my first 4 bites of the burrito was just salsa (spicy pico de gallo) which I feel like is not authentic, if it was with chips then that would be a different story. Their chips are also just like nacho chips not authentic tortilla chips, but if you're just looking for something to grab this is an okay choice. I did have guac, but there was no sour cream if there was... it was very little. Asada was very plain. The burrito was not horrible because I was able to eat it, but it definitely did not taste the price it was. Salsa offered is good though.
The food looked really good, but generally speaking the meat was very dry. Good things is it’s open late and reasonably priced. Good thing they have that orange and green sauce.
