I enjoy Japanese cuisine and have visited many Japanese restaurants, giving me plenty to compare. Overall, this place was quite good. The atmosphere was beautiful, resembling various locations in Japan both inside and out. The standout dish we had was the beer short ribs with adobo sauce; the meat was cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here as well as the authentic food. The decor and design, inside and out was amazing. The food options were excellent, offering up choices that were ideal for anyone. Should I ever go back to San Jose, I wouldn't mind stopping in again.

One of the best japanese restaurants in San Jose. Ramen is old school shoyu flavored and really good.
Good Japanese restaurant if you wanna take your Japanese colleagues or costomers for business lunch/dinner. Good collection of sake and soju as well. Vegetarian choices are there but not enough for someone like me with a spicy taste.
