Happi House Famous Teriyaki - San Jose

I'll stop at least 4 times a month. Great food. The best salad I ever had. I love this place.

I've been here for years... like many years! LOL. Great food not too expensive. Teriyaki cattle plate and her tempura is always great plus her brand Teriyaki sauce regular or spicy is super!

I went 1.5 miles from the hyatt to get food and a few bottles of spicy sauce to take home. When I went to the facility, I said hello to an employee who was on their phone. I wait 5 minutes while she finished her call to place my order. She offered no excuse and she was quite short with her answers. I asked about the sauce that I mainly came to buy spicy sauce and was told that we did not sell it anymore. Okay, great, where can I get it? We don't sell it. Maybe a company office? No! We don't sell it. The food was after my long walk but after visiting this place for 20 plus year at the Sunnyvale location that is gone. I'm done. I am a flight attendant and a manager at a stadium customer service is what makes the experience and asks people to return. Happy House N. 5th Street I came a long way to get your food because it is as good, but as hard as I feel for my work I feel a pleasant experience as I deliver it is the least of my expectations.

I always enjoy coming here when I can. Especially for my husband he lives the food from here. He has been coming here since he was a little kid with his parents when he lived in San Jose. The food is always delicious, hot, and affordable. Great customer service and don't have to wait super long either. They do get busy here, but it is worth the wait. Always look to trying something new when I come here. Interior and exterior is always clean and organized. I wish you guys sold your bottles of Teriyaki sauce now but I understand the pandemic screwed up many businesses. MY HUSBAND HOPES SOMEDAY YOU GUYS MIGUT SET UP SHOP IN TRACY, CA SOME DAY. HE AND I WOULD WOULD BE LOYAY CUSTOMERS EVERY WEEK OR DAY TOO. Keep doing what you do. Thank you.

Love the tempura dipped vegetables and pork teriyaki. I want to see Happy House in San Jose. I live in Hollister and unfortunately we don't have a Happy House restaurant nearby. The service is excellent and the food is fresh and tasty. Japan city goes thru a variety of construction looks like new buildings with two apartments and shopping facilities built near Happy House. Don't worry about the parking lot they have a fairly large parking lot. Try the food next time in town. They won't be disappointed.
