Bernal Bagels Donuts - San Jose

Very rude I don’t understand why they use bags for donuts. The donuts get smashed and to have other people reach in and touching different donuts in a bag. I know they don’t understand because they’re just in it for the money. I understand if it’s just for one to donuts for each but not a half a dozen that’s just ridiculous. I’m done.

Customer service here sucks. The prices are decent but there are better quality bagel shops out there.

The bagel sandwiches are hands down really good, these are my go to when I go in for a treat. I'm not big on donuts but most recently I got a dozen of donut holes. I was happy with my decision and made a good dent in my order before I made it out of the parking lot. If you're looking for a good bagel or breakfast sandwich get it here and pick up some donuts. The staff is always super friendly and fast to get your order going.

I've been here a couple times now while visiting the nearby Coyote Creek Golf Course. Great little mom and pop type place. Great bagels and cream cheese. Also, prices are reasonable, which is always a concern when visiting the Bay Area. Recommended.

Giving 3 stars because my husband liked his donut but I wasn't impressed with the bagel. Smaller and flatter than other places, could not taste the jalapeño's at all and the cream cheese had soured.I'll stick with the bagel place up by Luckys
