What Amber Stamper doesn't like about Pizza Factory:
Pizza is good and so are the calzones. I like it much better than the other local options. Service is always terrible. They never answer the phone when you try to call to order. They constantly seem understaffed. The place isn’t very well maintained either. The floors and windows always look dirty. Seats are uncomfortable so we order to go. View all feedback.
I’m surprised they are still in business, they are so rude. Never going there again. Pizza ain’t even worth the attitude!

The pizza is always top notch, friendly staff, and clean dining area. Just a warning, in case it matters, the seats are not padded.

Rude. They aren't bad people, but they're extremely rude on the phone and yell if you don't know EXACTLY what you want. Nice in person so I don't get it.
