What User doesn't like about Wingstop:
First time visiting this place. I got the mango habanero wings, Louisiana dry rub wings, hickory smoked bbq wings, spicy korean q wings, all were very tasty and delicious. The lousiana voodoo fries were not that good. They put way too much cheese sauce, drizzle would have been enough. View all feedback.

Worst Food establishment in town. I placed and order over the phone to pick up. When I arrived I was told there was no order under my name. The employees proceed to stare at me and not utter a word. I walked out and called the store to try and contact a higher up/ manager. I was left on hold?. I called the next day to try and speak to another manger and was talked to like a child. I had to contact another location to put in a complaint with there district manager. I know times are hard and places are understaffed but to be treated like your not a paying customer supporting there establishments is a joke: The management at this location should be fired and replaced with competent employees.
Very slow employees. Once I didn?t get the correct amount of wings. And another occasion they forgot the extra ranch i paid for. Doesn?t seem like a big deal, but it is when you get home ready to eat what you paid for and you are like dang.

But far the worst experience. Employee has no customer service when she, her self didn?t cook wings properly(asked for well done, were super soft). She still gets upset because I returned the order. On top of that, she didn?t bother to offer to remake the order in a rude manner just said you?ll have to wait for a manager because she doesn?t know how to do that. Like how are you even employed if you can?t take a simple task! Over an hour and half for a 20 pc. Ridiculous
