Didn't really add the extra crunch. I mean it's not like a 2 dollar coffee and that's what it felt like with high dollar cost. Not every employee that way. Bad luck on me I guess Parking: Always to busy for drive thru if can go inside. They got my order wrong and charged me twice. I called to complain expecting a refund and that things be made right and Aurora the “shift supervisor” was so rude and had no idea how to handle the situation. First she accused me of lying and said I wasn’t charged as much as I was until I had to tell her I found the receipt she then stated that there was nothing she could do if I didn’t go back right now for a refund as I am currently working. Don’t go to this Starbucks, it’s managed poorly and in the event they make a mistake they will not make up for it. Service: 1

This is the worst service as a consumer in this town, as you can drink your drink of choice in two sips because of the amount of ice provided. If the product is more expensive you can raise the prices, do not scam with this amount of ice. The one who is serving today 09/18/2023 has poor service and attitude, Starbucks has always been characterized by quality and good service. I hope they can supervise the town of San Jacinto.
