They must preorder what I and my partner did not know when we came by, but they invited us in and let us sample. wow, so many different types of cheese, and they were all really good! I liked the smokey mozzarella and chili best. the family is really nice and friendly to say the least. we are so happy that we landed in this little town! it is really recommended to everyone in the opposite to order from them, as a private person or as a business. they can send to other countries in winter, but the heat makes it difficult in summer.

This is not a shop. They only work by order and don’t even have a presentation room or somewhere to even see the products. I was really disappointed as I went out of my way for this and didn’t get to see/taste/buy anything (they don’t sell on the spot unless preordered). The guy who answered the door barely let me see one of their cheeses (outside), as I was at least curious about the ingredients.

A lot of variety and everything made in an artisan way with great care and healthy ingredients. Very kind people.
