I would like to express my DISAPPOINTMENT with the SERVICE received during my last visit. I ordered a piadina, but when it arrived, the parmesan was missing and the grilled courgettes were COLD. I asked to make it again, but instead of making it again, they just added POWDERED grit which looks like it eats sand, and just heated it up.
