I've wanted to try roller ice cream for a long time. I'm glad this was my first experience with rolled ice cream. The space has modern design and colors, very welcoming atmosphere. The owner gave me some of his personal favorites and I decided to go with Spumoni.The order process is brilliant and easy with a large screen. You can customize the item as much as you like. I definitely recommend coconut flakes as toppings.The flavor profile is complex yet well combined. The pistachio flavor is subtle but also the star of the show. The coconut flakes add a nice texture to contrast the smooth and rich ice cream. The dark chocolate syrup add a nice balance to the sweetness, which is already just right.I would definitely come again to try out the rest of the flavors!Pro Tip: skip on the whip cream, it unintentionally hides the artist's beautiful work.

Stopped by here while on the hunt for ice cream. Chose the cookies and cream with a banana swirl by recommendation of the owner and was not disappointed!! Ate it took quickly to even remember to take a picture. The owner was also super kind and helpful when we asked for local take out recommendations as we’re visiting from out of town. Would recommend

This was fire. GOAT squad! I’d never had rolled ice cream and it was great. The ingredients were fresh and prepared perfectly.

This is my first time trying rolled ice cream. I found this place on Yelp and I'm glad I did! Not only was the ice cream delicious but the service was amazing. I ordered through DoorDash and specified that I have a tree nut allergy. Not even one minute later, a worker at the store called to verify my allergies and after I notified them that I am allergic to pistachios, they told me that they just finished making a pistachio order so they would make sure to fire up a new machine to do my order on. I greatly appreciated how thorough they were with following up on my allergy. It made me feel more safe and confident in choosing to purchase from this establishment. Thank you!
