Some of our top picks here are the pork-fried dumplings, the steamed chive shrimp dumplings, and the chive egg cellophane noodle dumplings, which are reminiscent of empanadas. The dumplings are so good that we often end up ordering more than we can eat, and they make for fantastic leftovers! The bok choy with oyster sauce is also superb.
