Kim Phu Express - San Gabriel

The name is hard to pronounce but the grub is easy on the wallet you can get any 3 combination of shrimp, meats, and egg for under $8! The speed of the delivery makes you wonder if they're just spinning up cured meats from a heat lamp and it's not impossible, but however they're doing it, the freshness of the shrimp and richness of the pork is simply too good. Get it with broken rice, get it with noddle, it's all good. Take a few wraps of lettuce and shove some picked carrots beside an egg roll for instant joy. The reason it's not 5 stars is that they do charge almost half of the cost of a meal if you want more veggies. That just doesn't seem right I mean you could've legit gotten 3 more items with that! I've never had their pho or soupy stuff as that's not what I believe they're known for. If you're looking for an easy sit down with no frills, check this place out.

I have been using Kim Phu Express services for a few years now, and I've always had a positive experience. The receptionist, Khanh, has been exceptionally helpful in assisting customers with their packages. I appreciate her honest recommendations about various products. I've never encountered any issues with lost packages during my time using their services. Additionally, she is friendly and has a great sense of humor. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, the store was temporarily closed, but I look forward to returning soon to use their services again.

I really love this restaurant! It's incredibly affordable for the area, with many dishes priced at just $6.99 or $7.99. To be honest, there are over 100 items on the menu, and I often don't know what I'm ordering, but everything I've tried has been delicious. The shaved ice with three ingredients was fantastic and only cost $2.75. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: 1. They don't accept credit or debit cards, so make sure to bring cash. 2. My partner mentioned that they use MSG, but I can't really taste it.

The establishment has a homey feel, almost like a mom-and-pop place, and the staff seemed to range in age. I don't mind the age of the employees, but I did notice that the customer service was lacking. I felt a bit uncomfortable during the ordering process and when asking for water, among other things. There’s definitely room for improvement in their customer service. Perhaps this is just their way of doing things (in line with Vietnamese culture). Also, it’s worth noting that this place only accepts cash.

Quick service! The best cargo service in San Gabriel! My items arrived in under three weeks as promised! The two ladies who work there are very friendly and kind. I really appreciate them!
