The only downside is that the wait for your order to be ready can be a bit longer than expected.

You pick your vegetables, meats, tofu, and more from the counter, then let the server know if you want it as a soup or dry dish. We also tried Boboji (spicy cold skewers), which quickly became my favorite! You simply select the skewers you want, and they bring them right to your table. We also sampled the spicy pork intestines, a dish I noticed nearly every customer ordering. They were absolutely delicious! Overall, if you love spicy food, this place won’t let you down. I find myself coming back at least once every two weeks!

The staff clearly explained the differences between each dish and the spice levels, making it easier for us to choose. Every dish we sampled was delicious. The restaurant wasn’t too crowded on a weekday evening, but parking is limited, so you may need to park in a nearby plaza.
