I had the thai milk tea here recently. In the past the drinks and snacks have been decent for the price, but I was somewhat disappointed with the taste of the Thai milk teas today. The drinks tasted rather bland. The drinks did come in sturdy drink cups with tops that will prevent any spilling. The interior has a relaxed and chill vibe, and it’s spacious, tidy, and well-organized, with a small outdoor patio for enjoying your drinks. They offer a wide range of boba teas and snack options. On Super Bowl Sunday, I tried their Lychee Green Tea with lychee jelly and their Guava Green Tea with boba pearls. Both drinks were expertly crafted and incredibly satisfying. The jelly and boba pearls had the perfect texture—soft, chewy, and not overly sweet. The service was excellent, with minimal wait times, and the staff was friendly, professional, and adhered to health protocols. Prices are reasonable, and they offer free Wi-Fi along with ample parking. Overall, I highly recommend this tea bar and look forward to returning.

This is definitely the spot to satisfy your cravings for tea and snacks. They’ve also just opened a second location near USC, so make sure to pay them a visit!
The employees were very nice! The tea is yummy! They have a really cute outside patio area too! We showed up after closing and they still served us our teas! Thank you!
I apologize for not getting any pictures, but I definitely recommend this restaurant. The drinks are fantastic, with a wide variety of options. I tried the Nom Nom milk, along with the FTP signature toast and ice cream—everything was delicious!
I was in town and looking for a great boba tea spot. My brother who lives here recommended Factory Tea Bar. As soon as you walk in , there is a very chill vibe. Low lights, industrial look, leather lounge couches. I got a the milk tea with whipped cream , my older daughter got the honey dew melon milk tea and my little kids got the strawberry slush . We loved just hanging around on the couches the place feels spacious and not crowded yet cozy. Loved it!
