El Pollo Loco - San Gabriel

Great place to eat food when in a rush. Their service is speedy, pricing is convenient, good atmosphere. Will come visit again

That was my second time to eat El Pollo Loco, I'm so disappointed, I only have my order 3 pieces of chicken they told me I have to wait 45min. I said no! So I got a burrito instead, very badly not recommended!!!

Bad service, no avocado salsa got tostada salad and chicken was very dry as if it was old. No fork in bag and it seems like everyone has the same problem with salsas and utensils.

I have actually had a couple bad experiences at this particular location first of all it has always been understaffed the employees are working nonstop but they don?t ever have enough employees. But today I had the worst experience I ordered two classic chicken burritos and they have no chicken and instead they had a different meat dark meat it was hard not tasty it grossed me out also I ordered a shrimp taco was super disappointed the tortilla was cold not tasty at all. Also I have had three different experiences where during lunch hours the door is closed when its suppose to be business hours very unprofessional!!!!

Hey Pollo Loco, y?all seriously need to clean your place up in here. It?s really gross, just a word of advice. A little tidying up will go a long way to improve your establishment. Clean under the booths and sweep too, because it looks like it hasn?t been cleaned in a year. And wipe down your walls, they look like someone threw a soda and you never wiped it down.
