Parisian Bistro

Paid for the most expensive room, didnt have a room phone, room was super noisey as the door is not cut properly, shower head kepr falling or falling down, or did not work properly, the staff was nice tho. Bathroom came with no ammenities neither did the room not even with water. The food at the resturant was good.

No hot water in the shower... Not enough towels either...

From businessman to another you must be more responsible with customers, they are the reason why you are in business! I do not recommend this hotel to travelers outside the Dominican Republic! If you do stay here be aware things can go missing. While this hotel is convenient and the people in the cafeteria are great look for another option, something more secure!

Best place to stay in SFM. I have been here a number of times. Everything time I stay I find that updates have been made to the hotel. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. It has a big parking lot. Security is good. There is a cafeteria, a restaurant and a beauty salon. These are not included but prices are reasonable. The hotel is also family oriented. The rooms need better closets and dressers. The place will be a hit if they add a pool on the rooftop.

The rooms are ok. They do have great custumer service and The hotel has a conveniently Restaurant also a hair salon.
