It tasted like watered-down tea with old boba that resembled gelatin. The drink looked unappetizing and lacked any tea flavor or milk. The boba seemed old and over-saturated, turning the drink into colored water. This restaurant used to be rated 4 or even 5 stars, but my recent visit made it the worst boba shop I have ever been to. Wheelchair accessibility: It has a lift for those who need it.

However, ever since the staff changed, the boba quality has decreased and the tea is now overbrewed, bitter, and too strong to drink. It's unfortunate that the quality has declined while the prices have gone up. I have stopped being a regular customer due to the decrease in quality, and after multiple disappointing drinks on my recent visits, I have decided not to return. It seems like the new staff lacks knowledge or passion for making quality tea and boba.

In the past, they were bursting with flavor, but now they taste diluted and lacking depth. It's disheartening to see such a vital part of the boba experience fall short.Another disappointment lies in the boba itself. The texture is all over the place, ranging from overly soft to disappointingly hard. It's an unpredictable experience that takes away from the enjoyment. Additionally, the straws provided are prone to breaking, which can be quite frustrating.I also have to mention the changes in ingredients, which have resulted in a loss of the authentic taste that made Simplexitea stand out.
