Poke Bowl - San Francisco

Oh my goodness, this poke bowl was incredibly tasty! The staff was friendly and generous with their portions. They offer a great variety of fish and toppings, including kimchi and pickled daikon which I haven't seen at many other poke places. I highly recommend checking them out! I also appreciated the cute shape for selecting my bowl ingredients and handing it to the worker, a nice touch for seeing all the options available.

I really enjoy their poke bowls. The prices are reasonable too. The only downside is that they consider fake crab meat as a protein. It should be included as an extra at no additional charge.

I received a delivery order from this restaurant and unfortunately they gave me the wrong sauce on my bowl. Instead of honey avocado, I got some unpleasant mayo sauce. Uber Eats offered me a $5 credit for the mistake. I will be removing this restaurant and Uber Eats from my list of places to order from.

Large selection of ingredients to choose including some hot items such as unagi, and even chicken for the cuckoo friends who do not like fish! I wish there was one of them in the southern bay.

Received horrible customer service! Usually I order during the day, but since they don?t have a pick up option on DoorDash, I decided to order in-store around 7:45PM on a Monday(as the store hours says ?open until 9:30 PM? . I walked up and the doors were locked, but I saw two employees still inside and all of the food was out. I knocked several times with the server right in front of me and she intentionally did not look up at me. I wouldn?t have been irked if they had simply told me the reason why they were closing early (even gesturing through the window that they?re closed , but I didn?t even get acknowledged in the slightest and going as far as purposely ignoring a customer. Just plain rude, and that?s coming from a person who was loyal to this place for 3 years now and also works in the food service industry. Unacceptable.
