Palette - San Francisco

One concern to share. To reserve with Palette I was required to put a deposit of $50 per person. The reservation indicated that this deposit $200/4 people) would be credited to my dinner bill. When I got my bill, it did not show the $200 deposit as credit. I luckily checked for it and the waiter had to go and adjust the bill. This is an unacceptable gaffe for a high end restaurant.

Excellent food and drinks. We ordered about 9 items on the menu and enjoyed all of them. My least favorite was the tempura fried rockfish, the batter was too thick which was overwhelming.

We have absolutely loved this place from beginning to end. what a great experience.

Palette is a spectacular culinary experience. everything was immaculate – from the stunning handmade glassware and the refinement of the food to the professional poise and friendliness of the staff (our waiter avery was phenomenal). I also have great appreciation for the willingness to include the food restrictions that many restaurants of this kaliber will not do. the cocktails and the eating were beautiful and delicious. this is a meal and restaurant I will talk about!

From the street it is not very good in relation to signage, but it presents itself as a secret oasis in soma, and it is. from the recipe to help with our moms at the exit, it was an extraordinary experience. the eating was excellent, and the server created a beautiful experience in his knowing and engagement, the meal did not crash. the interieur was also beautiful. a wonderful experience for the last night in san francisco.
