What Dee S doesn't like about New Regent Cafe:
We entered the restaurant with the intention of purchasing pastries to take away, but the woman working behind the counter barely acknowledged us before walking away and engaging in conversation with a customer at a nearby table. Feeling ignored and perplexed, we decided to leave. View all feedback.
I loved it here, I think I'll go back today. It's cash only, but there is an ATM down the street. The soup is to die for.
No good for tourists. They don’t speak English. The waiter was very rude when I try to ask something. I paid and when I was in the door she scream to me that i didn’t leave tip. I leve 2 dlls and went. But that money was a gift bc the attention was very bad. The food was regular, without any flavor
This restaurant offers a selection of freshly baked pastries to enjoy with a cup of coffee or to take home and pair with tea. I have heard that their lunch menu is also excellent. Parking is available in a lot located half a block away on Pacific Ave.

The atmosphere is welcoming and reminiscent of a bustling city block in an Asian country, giving Chinatown its unique charm. It's a place that makes you want to return often and understand why people choose to live nearby. Be sure to ask about their freshly baked goods, as they may not all be on display. The hot items are especially delicious when served fresh.
