The pizza menu here is extensive, perfect for a casual family outing. Like all the restaurants at Fisherman’s Wharf, this place can get quite crowded. The pizza itself was large and quite delicious, and the prices were reasonable. However, be prepared for a long wait if you need to use the restroom; there’s only one stall for men and one for women, which is quite inadequate for a restaurant that can seat around 70 pe... Delicious pizza with an amazing view! Luigi's is situated on the second level of Pier 39 and is somewhat tucked away, making it almost hidden from sight, especially for those who... View all feedback.
Sad to say thought I give this a second try. Ordered takeout and noticed they had added a 12% gratuity automatically to my bill without my knowledge until afterward when I had left and looked at my receipt. Are you kidding me? Adding a tip for takeout without even asking. No thanks, never again coming here.
Just started working across the street. Heard about it from co workers..excellent. the toppings are the best. Especially the
Boy did we get bad service! We ordered 2 veggie pizzas and whilst my partner wanted no olives or artichokes I told the sullen waitress I’d have the same pizza but with everything on it. We waited quite some time and my partner’s pizza eventually arrived. After a wait, I chased mine but she sulkily and extremely rudely said we had ordered only one and the kitchen was closed. Anyone can make a mistake and when it happens, you own it. She didn’t and that really hacked me off. She was dismissive and possibly the rudest waiting staff I’ve ever encountered. My partners pizza incidentally, was nothing to write home about. If you want bad service and a just ok pizza, this is the place for you.
Came here on a Saturday evening during fleet week. Never been here wouldn't never have chosen to eat here before. Our original plan was to go to Bubba Gump but they were way too busy. So we ended up finding a spot here at Lorenzo at the bar. The only reason why I amtaking away a star is because of the back of service. It was hard to get the bartenders attention because he was the only one working the bar area. So we were able to get our order taken by what seemed to be the manager/hostess. The food though was actually really good. We ordered a bowl of clam chowder, garlic chips and a large pizza. I give the food 5/5 Bowl of clam chowder was delicious not too thick and not too watery. The flavor was good. Garlic chips I thought were going to look more like chips but it was actually more like cheese garlic bread and dip it in the tomato sauce. Whatever the name was it was still delicious. Then we ordered a pepperoni, black olive and pineapple. The crust was delicious and then everything was spread out evenly. The decor was minimal and open. If you're looking to see where this restaurant is located it's right on the second level of the pier after the merry go round.
The pizza was great, the calamari was awful, and the staff was a mixed bag; our waitress was nice but the two other guys who helped us were less so.
