I really enjoy visiting this restaurant because the staff recognizes me and knows my favorite orders by the time I reach the register. The only downside was that the soda machine was out of order yesterday. View all feedback.
What Maria O doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
The staff messed up our orders a couple of times during our visits, which was incredibly frustrating! If they can't handle the workload properly at night, they shouldn't stay open 24 hours. It would be better to have a crew that can manage the orders correctly. Additionally, I hope they will refund the items that were not delivered. View all feedback.
The restaurant itself is quite spacious with plenty of seating, and I can only imagine how bustling it gets during peak lunch and dinner times. While I was waiting in line, a kitchen staff member informed the cashier about an issue with the deep fryer. Some customers didn’t grasp how this would affect their breakfast choices and continued to place orders as if everything were normal. The cashier was very polite and patiently explained to one customer multiple times that there were no French fries or hash browns available—basically, anything that required deep frying was off the menu for an unspecified period. This setback certainly put a damper on my food plans, but I remained undeterred. I opted for one of their hearty burgers and a teriyaki chicken salad. Everything I had was good, but I felt I had chosen a less-than-ideal time to visit this location. Perhaps someday I will return to one of their franchises. A couple of takeaways: they have a wide array of lunch and breakfast options, and they're definitely a California staple, along with some other places.
I ordered breakfast, and while I waited for my meal, I came to the delightful realization that it was actually being prepared by a talented chef! The result was astonishing; the food was incredibly delicious. At just $6.00, it far surpasses any other breakfast restaurant that typically charges around $18.00. Thank you, Jack In The Box!
This Jack in the Box location has eight parking spaces, including two designated for wheelchair access, located at the back. There is outdoor seating available for one family, but indoor seating is quite limited, with only one table designed for wheelchair accessibility. When we visited on a Sunday at 3 PM, the restaurant was busy. Please note that a purchase is required to use the restroom. Inside, there isn't much space to wait for your order. We enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich, and the nuggets were wonderfully soft and perfectly fried. They were fantastic!
These guys are doing an excellent job, they have never messed up an order and the food is excellent. Im always surprised by how fresh and crisp everything is considering the volume they do. I 've honestly never had a bad meal from here. Tons of respect tothe owner and the crew, you can tell they aren 't just phoning it in. There food is just as good and often times better and moreaffordable than other so called local burger spots in the neighborhood that people sing the praises of. Stay the course, yourdoing great.
