While some guests laud the vegan options, including creamy and spicy vegan ramen, others find the non-vegan dishes lackluster, particularly critiquing their oily broth. The ordering system, entirely app-based, removes personal interaction, leading to frustrations over customization and service. However, the quick and efficient service, along with a clean, modern environment and late-night availability, are frequent positives. Although prices may feel steep, the hearty portions and diverse menu—featuring vegan gyoza and various toppings—appear to satisfy many patrons, making it a worthwhile stop for ramen enthusiasts.
Pick up the vegan creamy rasen and they will be attached. I'm just thinking that my mouth makes water
Hinodeya is not a 100% veggie restaurant but it offers terrific vegan ramen clearly indicated on the menu. I took the creamy ramen and definitely loved them. I also tried the spicy bamboo: what an idea! The service of this restaurant is quick and efficient, the menu clearly indicates what's vegan. I would recommend a stop if you're in desperate need of ramen, oh yeah.
Restaurant is nice clean looking. Techno traditional mix music. Good service and food
A lot of very good vegan options. Recommend the green gyoza. Comfortable location, nice setting.
We had the Creamy Ramen with spinach vegan wheat noodles and soy milk, and the Zen Ramen which had white soy sauce broth. Both came with an assortment of veggie toppings. It’s hard to pick a favorite since both ramens were very good, hearty, and flavorful, that even a non-vegan would find them delicious. We had additional dried seaweed toppings and missed the free crunchy garlic topping in front of us (towards the end of our meal was when we saw the guy to my left pour almost the entire container on his soup). Vegan options are clearly marked in the menu with a green “V”. There are 2 vegan ramens as well as other side dishes like gyoza and kara-age that are vegan. Seriously, after a bowl of ramen, your tummy is so full and satisfied, leaving no room for anything more. We arrived at noon, just in time to beat the lunch crowd. Service was fast, friendly and efficient--perfect for the worker-bee rushing back to work. Interior was sleek and modern; dining and restrooms were clean and spacious. I’ll surely be spending many lunch dates here.
