The cocktails are good the bartenders both of them are very rude and arrogant. They will literally chuck you out for no reason. The tip mandate is 20% and they force you to pay tips, when i said I wanted to tip 15% she said please never come again to this bar. I'm never going back again. They charge you$4 for one karaoke song. View all feedback.
The Asian bartender with a goatee was quite unprofessional and rude. The ambiance of the restaurant would have made it a lovely spot for a date, but the unfriendly service really takes away from the experience, which is disappointing.

My friends and I will not be going back to Festa after the appalling treatment we received from the older male bartender last Saturday night. I was also disheartened to see that other reviews have highlighted his aggressive and inappropriate behavior, which indicates that management is not taking this issue seriously enough to resolve it.
