Tapas was excellent. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu but highlights for us were the pork belly and octopus. Octopus came with this really intriguing dark/purple mashed potatoes, it was great. There’s also trivia night which seemed fun (we went on a Wednesday) but difficulty was well beyond my mental capacities. Nice place for a date View all feedback.
What Kiran T doesn't like about El Lopo:
Cute wine bar, great service BUT there are mice towards the back of the bar that run and hide under the fridge. Super unsettling to watch especially when they pop out and run across the floors... View all feedback.
The music was a bit too loud for having conversations, but it did create a lively atmosphere during happy hour. The menu is mostly suited for finger food, although not all dishes are actually meant to be eaten with your hands.
The atmosphere is lovely, but the menu is limited and the food is cooked directly on the bar top.
Fantastic eating, fantastic wein, fantastic people.
Beautiful ambiente, but limited menu and eating is cooked on the bar above.
Service was slow and inconsistent. Food was mediocre at best and over priced for the quality and portion size. The dishes that did arrive were tasty, but certainly not worth the price or the wait time.
