I’m not the biggest fan of their steamed tortillas, but they’re happy to grill them for you upon request. I also find their guacamole a bit on the thin side for my liking. What Alvin Shiu doesn't like about El Faro:
I absolutely love their baby burritos! They are the perfect size for a light meal. Be sure to try the baby breakfast with chorizo; it’s bursting with flavor and doesn’t come with any potatoes or rice. View all feedback.
Nothing but great things to say about the food. Was pretty ravenous when I stopped here and the food did not disappoint.
El Faro Mexican Restaurant has been around for decades all over the San Francisco area. Their food quality is always consistant. Clean and inviting enviroment. This location is in the financial district near Salesforce.
Not the same folks as El Farolito on Mission 24th, but their Quasedilla is excellent! Definitely coming back now that I know how close they are to my place.

This is a great spot for taco burritos. The prices are reasonable, and the food tastes delicious. It's a small, unassuming place, but definitely worth a visit.
