Dotties is my definite 'go to ' when I need to satisfy that urge for good food and nothing else will do... This breakfast spot is fantastic, even though it's located in a less-than-ideal neighborhood! When we visited, there was indoor seating available, but we opted to sit upstairs. However, no one came to take our order...
Permanently closed, as announced in the newspaper. I will truly miss this place. Wishing the best for the staff. We've been coming here for many years...
The exterior of the building was surprising compared to what we found inside, but the food was fantastic! I had the Southwestern plate, which was packed with flavor and offered a generous portion for the price. The place was bustling for a Monday morning at 8 AM, and by the time we left, there was a line out the door. It was definitely worth the visit and the wait. A great spot!
The line may be long, but it moves fairly quickly. The atmosphere is quite cozy, from the delicious food to the charming decor and attentive service. I particularly enjoyed the whiskey fennel sausage scramble paired with grilled cornbread and their jalapeño jelly. Whenever we're in San Francisco, we always make sure to stop by.
