I visit this place every time we’re in San Francisco, and it never disappoints! The shrimp appetizer is absolutely delicious, and we ended up enjoying a full meal during our visit. Just a heads up, it can be a little dark and noisy, but if you’re looking to soak in the atmosphere and have some drinks, it’s definitely worth it. I always leave feeling satisfied and happy after dining here! View all feedback.
What Catherine G doesn't like about Cha Cha Cha:
I recently visited Cha Cha Cha, and it wasn't quite the same flavor that I remembered from a few years ago. I usually recommend the Cajun shrimp to others, but this time the sauce seemed off and lacked that authentic taste. View all feedback.
I thoroughly enjoyed the mojito; it was absolutely delicious. I also had the mamacita, which was fantastic. The prices are reasonable, and the drinks have a nice kick. However, the calamari was just average—I was hoping for something more.
During my visit, I was appalled to see two employees walk out of the restroom without washing their hands. It was really off-putting. Additionally, my experience with David and the other bartender was not great either...
The dining space is a bit cramped, but the experience is absolutely worth the occasional elbow bump with your neighbor as you settle in. I suspect the tables are on the larger side...
Fantastic service and delicious flavors! I really enjoyed the drink options. The area feels a bit sketchy and parking is limited, but the food is definitely worth it.
Every time we visit Cha Cha Chas, it feels like a feast! I could go on about how incredible the food is at Cha Cha Chas. Both locations are fantastic, and the food tastes just as amazing at the one in the Heights. I just started going to Cha Cha Chas in October 2021, but my friends have been regulars for over 15 years, and I’m so grateful they introduced me to this wonderful menu. Living in the Central Valley, I find myself craving the ceviche, fried plantains, potatoes, and other dishes whose names I can’t quite recall. This place is a MUST-VISIT when you're in San Francisco!
