Contribute FeedbackNonna Ristorante Italiano offers a bewildering dining experience with a confusing menu that attempts to cater to various cuisines, from Italian to Cajun. However, customer reviews highlight significant disappointments, including poor food quality and cleanliness. Patrons reported unpleasant encounters, such as hair found in takeout orders and tasteless, stale dishes. Some diners, particularly those familiar with authentic Cajun cuisine, criticized the inauthenticity of the offerings. Despite the restaurant's diverse menu, it appears to be a case of style over substance, leaving many guests regretting their decision to dine there and vowing never to return.
That pizza was old. Threw up later across the street ? sad I like that place
This place is beyond interesting, you can get Italian food, you can get some pizza, you can turn around and get shrimp, you can get a steak, you can get chicken, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese. Whatever you want they pretty much have it.
I ordered takeout and when I got home and opened it, I noticed small hairs all over the inside of the takeout box. It appeared to be either dog hair or someone's shaved hair. It was extremely disgusting and unacceptable. I am unsure how they are able to pass health department inspections.
I had a terrible experience ordering from HORROR restaurant through UberEats. It was a complete disappointment and not worth the cost. I would rate it 0/10 and do not recommend it. The wings were stale and cold, the wing sauce was disgusting, the mac and cheese was watery, and the sweet potato fries were stale and cold. Some of the fries were even soggy and the soda cans were warm. It was a complete letdown. I fell for the false advertising and hope the owners realize the quality of their food. I will never order from there again. Goodbye.
Being a Creole with family from Louisiana, I can confidently say that this restaurant does not serve authentic Cajun food or genuine gumbo. We never use clams as a base for our gumbo, so to call this dish "gumbo" is actually offensive.
