A hidden gem of a cafe in a beautiful location. Treasure Island is on the rise, and Aracely perfectly complements its atmosphere—a charming and laid-back restaurant, both indoors and outdoors. The service and food were outstanding! We shared the octopus, asparagus salad, and Brussels sprouts—everything from the brunch menu was so enticing that it was tough to make a decision. We will definitely be back (traveling from San Francisco and the East Bay), and we enjoyed it so much that we might even organize a reunion event there!
I was really looking forward to dining here for Sunday Brunch. The Aracely website makes everything look fantastic—perhaps a bit too fantastic. I was excited for a culinary adventure, but the reality was just okay. The food was mostly edible but left much to be desired. The octopus seemed undercooked; I’ve heard that brining it in milk can help tenderize the tentacles, so that might be worth a try. The waffle in the Chicken Waffle Special was disappointing—limp and lacking any crunch, almost like it was frozen. The empanada was just average, with a crust that was once again too soft. The Bacon Parm Scone with bacon gravy attempted to mimic biscuits and gravy but was overwhelmingly salty; it really upset my stomach afterward. If you find yourself on Treasure Island, it might be worth stopping by this casual, small, and somewhat shabby spot. However, I wouldn’t recommend making a special trip. There are countless other options on either side of the bay that are just as good, if not better. I genuinely wanted to enjoy my experience, but not every place can impress. Overall, it’s just an average spot.
I visited for Easter brunch for the first time, and the ambiance was wonderful, especially with the sun shining and clear skies. The food was tasty, as were the cocktails. However, I felt the dishes were lacking a little something, and they could have been served a bit warmer. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back!

Although we’d reserved an outdoor space, we chose instead to go indoors as it was cool windy outside. Both indoors outdoors were very very busy but service was timely and all staff were very pleasant to deal with. We loved the eclectic choice of yummy items on the menu; we will definitely return for another meal to try out some things we missed!
