Starbucks - Feedback

What Andrew Tang likes about Starbucks:
Clean and fast-paced. Today, they had a free sample on a sweet mocha made with oat milk and white mocha syrup. They open at 5:30 AM, so if you work early in the morning, they are a good choice if you are time-strapped and need to eat in order to function during your work. Terrible Starbucks, not friendly staff, namely Anne. She was my barista recently and I told her that I want to use my own cup. She started questioning me about my cup was being plastic as well. I said yeah and I used it thousands of times saving resources. She went ahead and made my coffee and poured it into their own plastic cup and then poured it into my own cup, when I told her that action killed the whole point.... View all feedback.
