Gorgeous views, helpful staff, but know that the 30 dollar room fee is per day and not per stay. You get to use it at the store or restaurant, but if you don't know you are being charged it, you are just giving them money View all feedback.

The customer service at valet and bell stand are stellar. However, the customer service at the front desk is poor. Elite members line was long, staff treated us poorly whenever we just had questions about checking in or out. The destination fee is bogus. Bar is closed on Sundays. Here, for a leadership conference, we had a room with a balcony city view. Was a great room. Food was great ate at the market exchange, had a breakfast sandwich, and also had chicken strips and fries for dinner one night they were good. ate at the agave restraunt twice had the califonia burrito was.ok meat was a little tough, and the fries weren't as crispy as I had hoped but had great flavor, and the chipotle dipping sauce was good. Had the smashbuegwr and fries so good, so much flavor in the burger, so juicy cooked.to.perfection cheese melted, and the special sauce was.vood the fries had perfect cook crunchy and seasoned. Very fast and curious employees for being a busy hotel. The buffet food that we had for our conference was ok. Some of the food was dry and had no flavor, and some I couldn't eat because of allergies. But the wait staff excellent t as soon as we were done, they were there clearing the table, helpful with all the questions and suggestions. They also did a great job in keeping the food coming and the desserts a d drinks stocked.
We enjoyed our four night stay at the hotel. Staff was accommodating to my vertigo request to be on the lowest floor. We had breakfast with our points every morning, and we just did the cold breakfast.

Very beautiful room however hidden charges the hotel intake staff at the lobby where snobby however the bell boys were really nice and so were the housekeepers
