The front room is a nice place to sit and chat and the back room is very loud and has a DJ.

Af... read more The first time I visited Phonobar was on my birthday with my brother. We are both lifelong vegetarians and connoisseurs of fine vegetarian and vegan cuisine. After perusing the Om Sabor menu online we canceled our reservation at Greens and decided to try something new... And we were so happy that we did... The food was absolutely delicious!We sat in the hip lounge area near the DJ booth. It was gracefully lit with dim lighting which was bright enough to easily read the menus which were well organized and printed with large clean text.The service was friendly and attentive. And the atmosphere was festive!Most importantly, the food was amazing! Om Sabor Phonobar is one of my favorite places to eat in San Francisco!Vegetarian options: The kitchen at Phonobar is run by Om Sabor... A fully vegan food service so you need not worry about vegetarian options... Everything is vegetarian! And everything is Vegan!Parking: The specter if Parking is alway a concern in San Francisco. At Phonobar I was happily surprised to find that there is generous street parking (free at night) and a large public garage right next door.
