During the pandemic, they changed owners and name. Use to be Supercue which my friends and I LOVE!!! But since the change, I still like this location and new establishment. Their drinks are refreshing, quality is great and well made, love the new items they 've added. Their eggettes are HEART SHAPE, which won me over the fastest!!! So why 3 stars? 3 stars is for the food and drink. The missing 2 stars is I ordered from them thru Uber eats once or twice, so ofc all the additional fees and stuff adding, it 's pricey asfffffffff! But I went in the shop, one time I was in the neighborhood to drop off some things to a friend and picking up lunch for my family. They have a kiosk and counter, when I saw the kiosk, I scoff to myself and went straight to the counter. Their kiosk adds additional fee for using it and ofc you can only use card. How do I know? Because I went to BB Tea on Noriega and they only had kiosk there to order and pick up window, and when I ordered on their kiosk my drink went from $6.50 to $7.58 (wtf!!?? I 'm like nope! I know what you 're thinking..., why is it a problem now when you 've ordered thru Uber eats? We all know ordering thru a 3rd party will have mound full of fees, and it 's only last resort when I had to do that. But to be charged extra, to be 'Forced ' to use the kiosk when you 're actually in the shop and there 's a worker there, to work! Why would I not have them take my order instead of a kiosk? And it 's against principle they 're adding extra fees when I 'm doing all the work for them. When you shop at a supermarket, and self checkout, they don 't charge you extra so why should I be charge extra for ordering my own drink?? Also, the worker, a white male, late to open, was quite rude. I was ordering 2 drinks, wanted the watermelon berry float, instead of just informing me, he tapped on the plastic cover, which startled me a bit as I was not expecting it and it was quite loud. Where he tap said watermelon berry float isn 't available because it 's not in season ... Which is a lie because Chinatown, Costco and Safeway sold watermelon at that time.

Drinks are really good. But they close occasionally without any notice. Today is Saturday and its closed.. :

I usually don't write reviews for places I don't enjoy, but I was so disappointed in the drinks it honestly made me sad. : I got a regular boba milk tea and a green tea milk tea and both were very watered down tastes like water with boba). For $5/$6 you can definitely find better in a mile radius.

No boba, no organic milk. Order not ready and sent me text is ready. First tried will last

The boba was super expensive (with tip) for low quality tea. I got the lavender milk tea and sure, it was good but Not $9 worth for a boba. When I was there it was so hot inside there, not sure if they don't have AC. I was sweating for the 5 minutes I was in there and it was cold outside. They even had the door open and it was hot. Overall not good. Would not recommend
