Food is always good I mean, it’s WaBa Grill. Cashier girl (reciept says Melissa) with red hair not very attentive at all though. Took a while to get to me twice (I added something after to my order) not the best attitude and the second time had her back to the register texting for a minute until the cook had to come around for her to realize I was even there. I had ordered food from this place, and all I can say it that the position size of the bowl was less them expected with the rice and meat, the bowl was barely half filled, it seems that their was no consideration on how much there needed to be on the bowl.
Make sure to check your order before you leave. Got home and realized that the main dish was missing. When I returned to pick up the owner offered no compensation for having to drive back. Also when they are busy if you call to place an order they will purposely take the phone off the hook. Poor customer service sadly, even though food is good.

Very dissatisfied with their customer service. I did an online order and arrived when my food was supposed to be ready. Waited patiently by the online order pick up area. Didn't get acknowledged. Then I noticed that they were only calling out dine-in orders. Online orders were just sitting behind the register. Not in a place where you can look for your order and take it. It had to be handed to you.Finally I ask on the status of my order and was told it was almost ready. Another customer came in picking up from GrubHub. He asks about his order and was told to hold on....then no one ever got back to him. Mind you, there was an online order just sitting there.I waited about 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I looked over the counter and saw my order. I literally has to reach over the counter to get my order. Then I noticed I had no utensils. Went to the counter and asked for a fork. I was told that everything should be in the bag. I literally had to take out my bowl and napkin... not napkins...but napkin. I only had one, in order for them to believe that i didn't have a fork. In case you're wondering, there weren't any stations that had utensils, napkins or condiments that you could grab freely. You have to ask for everything at the counter.The GrubHub guy asked again about his order and turns out it was the order that had been sitting there all along. Will not be returning to this location.
Girl named Melissa F afternoon Sunday shift needs to get fired if she doesn't want to be there she is very rude gave ugly faces to customers she looks like she needs to shower and wash/Do her hair before showing up to work that's the people Waba Hires
