Mcdonald's - San Fernando

It's McDonald's you can't really expect much. ??????????? Everything was okay, fries were soggy, and they forgot to give us the sause we asked for.

I went yesterday and was disappointed. The sandwiches were undercooked, and the lettuce tasted like it had been left out for ages. The fries were hard and cold, and the cheeseburgers didn’t have any cheese. I tried calling to address these issues but received no answer. I called again today, and once again, no response.

I went through drive thru and order a fish fillet and it was old and my bun was hard as hell. It's best to only get coffee, soda, n maybe some fries.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and the drive-thru was even worse. They made every single car that came through park, which completely defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. Instead of focusing on fulfilling orders quickly, they seem to prioritize speed in a way that leads to chaos. As a result, cars are forced to park, and people who arrived after me ended up getting their food before I did. Overall, it was the worst drive-thru experience I’ve ever had.

I would rate this place higher, but the sanitation and food handling were concerning. The restaurant was quite messy – the floor was sticky with soda, there was ketchup on the ground, and napkins scattered everywhere. The bathroom was also a disappointment; it lacked toilet paper, there was no soap for handwashing, and it was very dirty, with urine on the floor.
