I really love Chipotle! On my recent visit, I noticed some improvements. The portion sizes were just right. This was my sixth time dining here, and both the quantity of food and the service have gotten better. The dining area was clean, and the line moved quickly. Really hit an and miss at this location Sometimes they give you good portions, sometimes it's half a scoop. Sometimes the guacamole is perfect, sometimes it looks like sluge. Sometimes they have everything you want, sometimes they'll only have riceand cheese. Sometimes they have people who know what they are doing, sometimes they don't. View all feedback.
Their customer service completely sucks. They get every order wrong and they literally run out of every single time I?ve gone it?s ridiculous.
The food here is fresh and delicious. It's similar to Subway; you go through the line and select your toppings for your bowl or burrito. Personally, I find that one bowl is enough for two meals. You can also request chips if you'd like. Everything is consistently good and fresh. The staff is friendly and attentive. It seems like the cook in the back truly enjoys his job, as he sings while he works, and it's nice to hear his cheerful music.
Tables were dirty, floors were dirty. Looks like nobody wanted to clean. Bathroom no soap! Customer service good food good but won't return to this location.
I would give them a no star. Every dang time I order food from here I get something different. Today they forgot the black beans and I wanted chicken and carnitas. Only found 4 little peaces of chicken no carnitas at all.
