The customer service at this restaurant is unbelievably poor. My group and I waited for 20 minutes after closing for a server to take our order at the bar counter. Finally, we had to speak to a server and let them know we were ready to order, only to be told that they would send someone. Another 20 minutes passed and still no server. What more can I say, we are no longer a patient group. View all feedback.

The cocktails taste terrible! The quality has declined.
Steel is an amazing place to host or attend an event. The manager, Balkie, is a great supporter of local talent in all genres of music!
