Comer Algas - San Fernando

La experiencia es muy interesante. Comienza en el Parque Natural Bahía de Cádiz en San Fernando. Allí nos muestran las algas en su hábitat natural y participamos en su recolección, más tarde nos explican detalles sobre las algas y el entorno natural. Nos enseñan los diferentes procesos de las algas y sus distintas presentaciones envasadas, frescas y en salazón. También disfrutamos de una cata sensorial de las algas y seguimos descubriéndolas. Nos ofrecen una copa de vino y unos picos de algas. Para finalizar, en el Restaurante Casa Miguel, disfrutamos de un menú degustación a base de algas. ¡Una experiencia inolvidable!

The activity is very curious. the activity begins in the natural park of the pudiz bay in San fernando. there they present the algae in their natural habitat and we participate in the collection then we explain more details of algae and natural space. they teach us the different algae processes to so different presentations in dehydrated, fresh and salty containers. We also enjoy a sensitive tasting of the algae and continue to discover them. they give us a glass of wine and some beaks of algae. and to finish in the restaurant house miguel, we ate a tasting menu based on algae an unforgettable experience!
