If you are looking for Michelin stars or molecular cuisine, this is NOT the right place; familiar cooking and good meat is the strong point of this restaurant. We had excellent grilled sausages and meat with red wine and home-made desserts. The best asset of this restaurant is its location, right on the bank of river Adda in one of the most panoramic places in front a barrage. From here you can walk as much as you like on the riverside on a wide track for pedestrian and bikes only and reach areas where you can see water turtles and other small animals in their habitat.
Exceptional, honest homestyle food and service. Best pizza I've had in Italy i.e. best pizza I've had anywhere. Great setting overlooking the Adda. Well worth the short trip down the Paullese from Milano.
