Waba Grill - San Dimas

The hours are incorrect. There’s no notice indicating different operating hours, and even though there’s an open sign, the restaurant is actually closed. It’s frustrating to drive here for lunch only to find that it’s closed for no apparent reason.

I absolutely love the sweet and spicy chicken served in a shell, along with the vegetables and avocado slices!

I waited 20 minutes for my food, and when I went to the reception to check on how much longer it would take, I discovered that my meal was already ready. However, they hadn’t informed me of this at all.

Great and fast customer service. I personally did not like the spicy chicken dish because I thought the chicken needed more cooking or grilling, but overall foos here is always good and super healthy.

Horrible. My husband and my pregnant self walked into this establishment an hour before closure and were told that we could not order in the store. We were told that they were only excepting online orders at that time. So we walked back to the car and placed an online order. However after I placed an online order, 2 customers walked in after us and was able to order in person at the establishment. Also the online order I purchased was not complete, I was missing items. I still got charged the full amount. This is very unacceptable. Whomever the manger is needs to retrain or hire some different employees because that type of service should not be allowed or tolerated. We paid $20 for this plate with no salad dressing on the salad. My husband ordered potstickers and fruit and did not receive either items. SMH
